Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and overseeing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. - Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to provide insights and recommendations to management. - Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and MIS reports. - Managing cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies. - Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. - Liaising with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. - Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and accounting policies. - Supporting management in strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis. - Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills: - Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA (preferred). - Proven experience of 5+ years in financial management or a senior finance role.
