Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

You will be joining Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified) as a Company Secretary to work with a highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Stand Alone & Consolidated) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP) - Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliation of accounts - Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy of financial records - Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing), and company policies - Liaise with auditors (internal & statutory) & regulatory authorities - Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting best practices - Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 Years of Post qualification experience - Progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial position - Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations - Experience with accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills About Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech is a technology-first company that aims to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation for the benefit of humankind.
