Finance Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our billing and accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in handling invoices, verifying billing records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize bills, receipts, and expense records
• Verify and process vendor and client invoices
• Track payment status and follow up on pending dues
• Support reconciliation of bills with internal records
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing clarifications
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to bills and transactions
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle documentation and follow structured processes
