Job Description

  • Provide support to users of the NetSuite ERP system, assisting in troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing user inquiries.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new users and provide ongoing training on NetSuite features and best practices.
  • Work with senior analysts to configure and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and processes.
  • Responsible for providing first-line support for the NetSuite ERP system by managing and triaging service desk tickets.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals, system documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to understand business needs.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite updates, new features, and industry trends to suggest improvements to the system.

These are the essentials you ll need to get an interview:

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree ininformation technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounting

Behavioural Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interest in continuing education in NetSuite, ERP systems, and technical support.

It would be great if you had these to, but we ll support you if you don t:

  • Basic knowledge ofERP systems.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management) would be a plus.
