We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Accounts Executive with 6 months –1.5 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and journals

Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts

Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash transactions.

Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing.

Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including processing vendor invoices and preparing payments.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in Tally.

Assist in maintaining organized financial records and supporting audit/compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• 6 months- 2years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory expertise in Tally ERP 9/Prime.
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
