Manage the fund based and non fund based limits:
a. Working Capital Borrowing in the form of CC, PCFC, EBRD based on Borrowing decision by management
b. Handle LC, BG issuance, closing its documentation and keeping MIS of the same
c. Calculation of Interest on monthly basis for Term Loan & Working Capital Borrowings
d. Tracking of Bank Charges levied by bank viz a viz agreed schedule of charges with Bank
2. Preparation of Daily Fund Position and Finance cost
3. Cash flow, Debt and Fund
3. Taking Foreign Inward Collections and Making Foreign Import Payments through Banks
4. Good in communication and effective liaison with Banks, Inter company departments.
5. Support in bank renewals and liaisoing
7.Travel to Banks to meet bankers
8.Travel to Plant Locations with Bankers or for completion of specific tasks
9. Flexible with work locations Vikroli/Mulund, etc.
