1. Grant Fund AdministrationManage financial transactions related to grant-funded projects.Ensure utilisation of funds strictly as per donor guidelines and project budgets.Track fund allocations, disbursements, and project-wise expenditure.2. Budgeting & Financial PlanningAssist in preparing project budgets, budget revisions, and cost projections.Monitor budget vs. actuals and highlight deviations to project heads.Support in developing financial plans for new grant proposals.3. Donor Reporting & CompliancePrepare financial reports for donors as per specified formats and timelines.Ensure compliance with donor agreements, statutory norms, and organisational policies.Maintain all financial documentation required for donor audits and monitoring visits.4. Accounting & Record KeepingMaintain project-wise accounting in accounting software (Tally/ERP).Process payments, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor bills related to grants.Manage bank reconciliations and maintain grant-wise ledgers.5. Audit SupportCoordinate with internal and external auditors for project audits.Ensure all vouchers, bills, and supporting documents are properly filed and available for review.Implement audit recommendations and improve documentation practices.6. Coordination & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with project teams, vendors, and partner organisations for fund utilisation.Liaise with banks, government stakeholders, and donor agencies on financial matters.Support program teams by clarifying financial guidelines and processes.7. Statutory ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other financial regulations.Maintain documentation for statutory audits.8. Financial Monitoring & ControlMonitor cost efficiency and ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.Review supporting documents for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.RequirementsKnowledge of grant accounting and fund management
