Job Description

Designation: Finance Executive ( Offrole) Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate vendor payment records, purchase orders, invoices, and statements Manage and record all vendor invoices and initiate timely vendor payments Monitor GST‑2B reports and ensure timely tax compliance Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account analyses to ensure payment accuracy Set up and validate new vendor accounts; oversee vendor onboarding Reconcile entries and system reports, especially special general ledger accounts Schedule vendor payments and respond to vendor inquiries regarding finance and payment status Prepare periodic accounts analyses and monthly reports Drive improvements in payment process, and support monthly and quarterly closure activities Job Requirements Education: MBA or MCPM (Master Certificate in Project Management) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Equipment: Must have a personal laptop
