We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to independently manage the Record to Report (R2R) function. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for general ledger accounting, period-end closing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning the R2R process independently within the finance function.
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
• Bachelors / Masters in Finance / CA (Inter) / CWA (Inter) with 2 - 4 years experience.• Advanced excel skills • Prior experience in MS Dynamics Business Central, Blackline & OneStream (preferable but not mandatory)• High attention to detail and strong focus on quality• Ability to work in fast paced environment and meeting shorter deadlines• Ability to handle the role independently
