Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to oversee the Record to Report (R2R) function. This position entails managing general ledger accounting, period-end closing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have the capability to independently handle the R2R process within the finance function. Key Responsibilities - Performing timely month-end and year-end closures - Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with a focus on accuracy - Conducting balance sheet account reconciliations using Blackline tool and performing variance analysis - Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting utilizing the OneStream Platform - Managing fixed asset accounting, involving capitalization, depreciation, and disposals - Reconciling and overseeing intercompany transactions - Assisting in meeting audit requirements by preparing necessary documentation and schedules - Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and controls We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and characteristics: - Bachelors / Masters in Finance / CA (Inter) / CWA (Inter) with 2 - 4 years of experience - Proficiency in advanced excel skills - Prior experience in MS Dynamics Business Central, Blackline & OneStream is preferable but not mandatory - Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Capability to work independently in the role,
