Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and
ledger management.
Record financial transactions accurately in Tally ERP.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts (Balance Sheet,
P&L, and Cash Flow).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank
reconciliation.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST,
TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and documentation for audits.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and
confidentiality.
Identify and report discrepancies, ensuring clean and error-free books.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
(B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
Knowledge of Zoho Books or QuickBooks (preferable).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Experience:
3+ years in accounting or finance roles.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
