Job Description: Finance Executive

Role Overview:
Swastik Productions are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Management:

• Process and record financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and manage company accounts.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with vendors and manage payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Financial Analysis:
• Generate MIS reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support Functions:
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and operational needs.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Media background preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
