Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to join our team, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in accounts receivable.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial management principles.
  • Experience with accounts receivable software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
