Finance Executive - (2 - 4 yrs)

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a dashboard of all outstanding receivables and their current status Reach out to the relevant stakeholders and maintain correct status of all the outstanding invoices Research and identify the right point of contact within the customer organization for effective collection outreach Adeptly escalate internally and within the customer organization to resolve any issues impeding the collections Ensuring timely and adequate resolution of any queries raised by the customer with regards to payment of the outstanding invoices. Build and maintain MISs around the collections process to provide visibility to the management. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in any stream with a reputed institute and/or MBA Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to connect and communicate with various stakeholders across the hierarchy Excellent in organizing and managing logistics, and attention to detail 1-3 years experience in Finance or Customer support Strong service orientation and a collaborative, flexible working style Open to receiving feedback and incorporating it into daily work Work from Office (5 days a week) in Bangalore Location: HSR Layout.
