Roles and Responsibilities Oversee financial management, including accounts finalisation, budgetary control, creditors management, and cash flow management. Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Manage finances effectively by preparing accurate budgets, forecasts, and reports. Identify areas for cost reduction and optimize resource allocation. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry. CA qualification (any specialization). Strong expertise in audit management, financial management, finance control, fund management, strategic financial planning.
