Finance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Facilitating Loans: Securing loans for customers through various financial institutions like banks and NBFCs. Paperwork and Compliance: Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Lender Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with lenders to secure favorable loan terms and streamline the approval process. Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the financing process, such as incorrect paperwork or loan denials. Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to sales, loan approvals, and other relevant metrics. Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers about loan terms, options, and any questions they may have. Sales Team Support: Collaborating with the sales team to enhance sales and drive customer satisfaction. Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and customer information. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Any Degree or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Experience in an automobile dealership or finance-related roles is highly valuable. Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and relevant regulations. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. Soft Skills: Customer service orientation, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure are also important.
