Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:Greet and assist customers, listen to their needs and preferences, and demonstrate various vehicle models.
• Sales Process:Conduct test drives, explain features and benefits, negotiate pricing, and complete paperwork for vehicle sales.
• Product Knowledge:Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, follow up after the sale, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales Targets:Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the dealership's success.
• Sales Support:Prepare quotations, assist with financing options, and handle post-delivery follow-up.
• Relationship Building:Cultivate relationships with customers, build rapport, and encourage referrals.
• Collaboration:Work with other sales team members, service department, and finance department to streamline the sales process.
