Sapiens is on the lookout for a Finance Controller to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned Finance Controller with Ingenium expertise and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Must have Skills:-

• Must be a Chartered Accountant
• 6 Years of post qualification is a must. Including at least 2 years in a finance leadership role.
• Experience working in a multi-country environment with knowledge of international accounting regulation will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team management skill with the ability to motivate and develop a team and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Experience with accounting software in SAP is a plus and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
