Roles & Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Build and manage detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
• Track financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency. • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Spearhead MIS reporting, board presentations, and financial performance reviews for multiple brands.
• Set up the Global Finance Business Partnering and Controlling function to support scaling operations.

Accounting & Compliance

• Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely closure of books and accurate reporting as per Indian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Companies Act, and SEBI norms.

IPO Readiness & Investor Relations

• Lead IPO-related financial compliance, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with bankers, advisors, and regulators during the IPO journey.

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Drive cost optimization and ROI-based decision-making across departments.
• Support M&A evaluations, new city launches, and capex planning.
