We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Our client is India's first profitable D2C meat delivery startup. With operations in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru, the company is now preparing for a public listing soon. Designation : Vice President Finance & Accounting Experience : Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience Location : Gurgaon Roles & Responsibilities : Financial Planning & Analysis Build and manage detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning. Track financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency. • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management. Spearhead MIS reporting, board presentations, and financial performance reviews for multiple brands. Set up the Global Finance Business Partnering and Controlling function to support scaling operations. Accounting & Compliance Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely closure of books and accurate reporting as per Indian GAAP. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Companies Act, and SEBI norms. IPO Readiness & Investor Relations Lead IPO-related financial compliance, documentation, and reporting processes. Work closely with bankers, advisors, and regulators during the IPO journey. Strategic Financial Leadership Drive cost optimization and ROI-based decision-making across departments. Support M&A evaluations, new city launches, and capex planning.
