Finance Controller

Position Overview

MPC Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Controller to oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on system experience, and proven leadership capabilities. Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical industry, or wholesale trading sectors will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Accounts & Finance Controller for the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting, finance, and compliance functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closing of accounts.
• Lead and manage the finance/accounts team effectively.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Technically proficient in MS Excel and other accounting/ERP software.
• Good understanding of financial systems and process improvements.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Smart, quick, and proactive in handling financial challenges.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Mandatory industry experience in any of the following:
• - Pharmaceutical industry.- Hospital / healthcare sector.- Wholesale trading business.
• CA qualification not mandatory.

Salary

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
