Finance Controller

CDP group has products for Data Integrations, Data Management, Customer Services, Data Analytics and Data Governance. The suite of data products enables Marketers to provide personalised engagements and loyalty programs using Capillary Engage+ and Loyalty+ products.

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization. This includes managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial statements, and developing internal control policies. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CA is preferred). MBA in Finance is a plus.

• Experience - 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Technical Skills - Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Netsuite) and advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards.
