Finance Consultant

The Finance Consultant will be responsible for facilitating vehicle finance for customers through various financial institutions. The role involves guiding customers on finance options, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring timely completion of loan documentation and disbursement to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve finance penetration targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable finance schemes.

• Coordinate with multiple banks and NBFCs to get the best finance deals.

• Ensure smooth loan processing – documentation, approval, and disbursement.

• Maintain good relations with bank executives and internal sales team.

• Achieve monthly finance penetration and revenue targets.

• Ensure compliance with Maruti Finance guidelines and company policies.

• Handle insurance renewal and add-on finance services when applicable.

• Support the sales team in converting walk-ins into financed deals.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and follow-up tracker.
