Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Panaji. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to expand the client base, collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience, and preparing regular reports on the progress of business initiatives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Relevant experience in business development or sales roles Familiarity with the consulting and resourcing industry is a plus
