Finance Consultant / Part-Time CFO

About Us:
Jaishni Packs Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of self-adhesive tapes under the brand Penguin Tapes. With over 20 years of experience and a strong domestic presence, we are now aiming to scale rapidly and attract private equity investments.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional (preferably a retired Auditor/Chartered Accountant) to support our financial and strategic growth initiatives. The candidate will act as a strategic partner to the management in building financial discipline, investment readiness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Private Equity & Investment: Prepare investor-friendly financials, projections, compliance documents, and drive fundraising initiatives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Financial Oversight: Manage and review accounting, costing, and financial reporting.
• Operational Support: Provide guidance on production costing, stores/accounts, and sales-related financial control.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
• Strategic Advisory: Support management in long-term financial planning and business expansion decisions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Retired Chartered Accountant / Auditor with strong background in corporate finance.
• 20+ years of experience in finance, audit, and business advisory.
• Hands-on knowledge in costing, budgeting, and compliance.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Fixed consultancy fee: ₹25000-50,000 per month.
• Flexible engagement model (part-time/retainer basis).
