Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Performance Management

• Partner with the Head of Supply Chain and functional leaders to drive performance, cost discipline, and strategic decision-making across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
• Act as a trusted advisor enabling data-backed decisions through strong financial visibility, risk assessment, and operational insights.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting

• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the supply chain vertical, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish clear KPIs, benchmarks, and performance scorecards to drive financial accountability.

Cost, Efficiency & Variance Analytics

• Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis, productivity tracking, cost-to-serve modeling, BOM analysis, and other cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor key cost levers such as material costs, logistics spends, production efficiency, and capacity utilization.

FRAC, Audit & Controls

• Strengthen financial governance through tight FRAC discipline, internal audit coordination, and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain robust internal controls across inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.

Investment & ROI Analytics

• Drive ROI modeling, scenario planning, and payback analysis for capacity expansions, automation, capex, and network design initiatives.
• Support vendor negotiations and sourcing decisions with commercial insights and benchmarking.

MIS, Dashboards & Data Modeling

• Build high-quality dashboards and MIS to track throughput, efficiency, cost per unit, working capital, and inventory health.
• Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to enhance visibility through automation and real-time analytics.

Inventory, Logistics & Working Capital Management

• Serve as the finance custodian for inventory and logistics, ensuring strong cost control and financial governance.
• Improve working capital through demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics cost management.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (preferred) or MBA (Finance).
• Strong exposure to audit, FRAC, controls, and financial governance.
• Experience in supply chain finance, plant finance, operations finance, or business partnering roles.
• Background in consumer, manufacturing, retail, or high-volume operations is an advantage.

Functional Skills

• Proven experience in business finance, FP&A, cost analysis, and financial controls.
• Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI analysis.
• Strong understanding of supply chain metrics (efficiency, capacity, throughput, cost-to-serve).
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Power BI / analytics tools, and advanced Excel modeling.

• Ability to challenge assumptions with data-backed recommendations.
