Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and analytical Finance Business Partner responsible for supporting Lenskart's Supply Chain function, covering manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and distribution. Your role involves acting as a strategic bridge between Finance and Operations to drive visibility, accountability, and financial discipline across Lenskart's critical business vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Head of Supply Chain and functional leaders to enhance business performance, cost efficiency, and strategic decision-making in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and procurement. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Supply Chain vertical to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. - Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, productivity tracking, and cost optimization initiatives. - Develop robust dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, throughput, efficiency, and working capital. - Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, procurement, and tech teams to reinforce governance and financial controls. - Support strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations with analytical rigor and commercial inputs. - Act as the finance custodian for inventory and logistics by managing costs, efficiencies, and cash flow implications. - Offer scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to guide decisions on network design, automation, and expansion projects. Key Requirements: - Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with significant business partnering experience. - Demonstrated track record in business finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or plant/supply chain finance roles, preferably within consumer, manufacturing, or retail sectors. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and operations metrics. - Proficiency with ERP systems, Power BI / analytics tools, and Excel-based modeling. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
