Job Description

About the Role

This role involves managing end-to-end invoicing, performing detailed financial reconciliations, supporting compliance activities, and maintaining accurate financial and inventory records. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, proficient in Tally and Excel, and capable of working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular reconciliations of financial data including bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and variances promptly.
Generate and send invoices to relevant B2B points of contact in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and updated customer records.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, assist in inventory valuation, and perform regular inventory reconciliations.
Assist in compliance-related investigations by gathering and organizing relevant financial data and documentation.
Support GST reconciliations (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) to ensure accuracy in tax filings.
Facilitate COD reconciliation and ensure sales transactions are accurately matched with bank statements.
Assist in statutory audit requirements, including preparation of the Inventory Movement Report and supporting schedules.
Manage reconciliation of e-way bills, sales entries, and other financial data using Tally and Excel.
