Job Description

Financial Analysis & Modelling:
Support the development of global property financial models and forecasts.
Business Case Support:
Collaborate in the development and refinement of global property business cases, ensuring meticulous error checking, accounting oversight, and comprehensive scenario analysis.
Capex & Cost Support:
Monitor global Capex, analyze property costs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Standardization Support:
Assist in the implementation of consistent global property finance processes.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations, and support compliance with IFRS 16.
Due Diligence:
Contribute to financial due diligence for global property transactions.
Data Management:
Ensure the integrity and maintenance of global property financial data.

What Youll Need:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis, preferably within the real estate sector, with global exposure being an advantage.
A foundational understanding or a willingness to learn about IFRS 16 and general real estate principles.
Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred
