Finance & Accounts Manager

You are invited to join DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Ltd as a Manager- Finance & Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to finance and accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include possessing a strong knowledge of Tally, TDS & GST, conducting debtors & creditors reconciliation, preparing & finalizing accounting reports, liaising with banks and handling documentation, ensuring timely and successful resolution of queries, and demonstrating a good understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Additionally, you will be tasked with coordinating and completing annual audits, assigning tasks to the team, providing guidance and training to staff, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. The ideal candidate for this position should showcase excellent understanding of accounting practices, possess a good understanding of taxation (direct & indirect), have advanced skills in Excel and Tally, exhibit strong team management abilities, demonstrate problem-solving skills, possess effective communication skills, show good adaptability to changing circumstances, and be a quick learner. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. The job location for this position is Ahmedabad, Shyamal Cross Road. This is a full-time, permanent position.
