Job Description

Finance & Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts)

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS Reports, etc.)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Ledger Reconciliation
Wide exposure to accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Accuracy in financial record keeping and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger reconciliation and journal entries
Ensure timely GST & TDS calculations, returns, and compliances
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate reconciliations
Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance reporting
Support management with financial analysis and forecasting
Maintain up-to-date records in line with accounting standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
