Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the retail store. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Financial Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

- *Accounts Payable & Receivable*: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure timely collections from customers.

- *Reconciliation*: Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank statements and ensure that financial data is accurate.

- *Reporting*: Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- *Inventory Management*: Assist in managing inventory accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting related to stock levels.

- *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.

- *Budgeting*: Collaborate with management in preparing budgets and forecasts.

- *Team Collaboration*: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support financial goals and objectives

Qualifications:

- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.

- *Experience*: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail sector.

- *Skills*:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
