We are building a high-performance finance team and are looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering quality work. Role Overview The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, follow-ups, and support in month-end closing. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes Prepare and post Journal Entries and maintain General Ledger records Vendor and customer reconciliations and follow-ups for outstanding balances Assist in Bank Reconciliation , expense tracking, and petty cash management Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting queries Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting Experience handling AR/AP/GL is essential, Planning experience will be added advantage CA Inter preferred (not mandatory) Strong communication skills in English Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) Quick books/Xero experience will be added advantage Ability to manage follow-ups and handle multiple tasks Quick Books/Xero/Sage knowledge will be added advantage High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset What We Offer Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Opportunity to work with global clients Skill development and cross-functional learning Clear growth path within the finance team How to Apply Send your CV to: partners@numerixglobal.com Subject Line: Application – Accounts Executive – Your Name-Current CTC Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
