Finance & Accounts Associate

You will be joining Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP, a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in Virtual CFO services, startup advisory, and financial consulting. As the Finance Lead, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the internal finance operations of the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting using Zoho Books - Monitoring and follow-up on Accounts receivable - Preparation and presentation of MIS reports and internal dashboards - Assistance in business planning, budgeting, and financial analytics - Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings - Coordination with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when required **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts - Proficiency in Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge is mandatory) - CA Inter qualified or Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA Finance) - Prior experience in a CA firm or consulting environment preferred - Strong command over numbers, financial accuracy, and attention to detail - Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and reliability Please note that this role is strictly internal-facing and is not suitable for freshers, interns, or individuals seeking external client exposure.
