Job Title: Accounts Executive – US & Canadian Accounting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in US and Canadian accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and capable of managing end-to-end bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations for US and Canadian clients.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and trial balances.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Process payroll, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian accounting principles (GAAP).
• Assist with tax preparation and year-end audits as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding accounting queries and documentation.
• Work with accounting tools like QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, or NetSuite.
