Finance & Accounting Manager - Immediate Joiner (CA - Discontinued)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement accounting systems and processes.
• Set clear SOPs for invoicing, purchase accounting, stock-inventory reconciliation, payments, and receipts.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3 accounting staff; provide guidance and ensure accountability.
• Ensure timely generation of financial and MIS reports including cash flow, P&L, and stock statements.
• Monitor customer receivables and vendor payables with structured follow-up mechanisms.
• Maintain statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PT, and coordinate with auditors.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in accounts (Min 2 years audit firm experience preferred).
• Proven ability to build and implement accounting procedures from ground level.
• Strong in Tally, Excel & reporting.
• Hands-on, reliable, and process-driven.
