Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking to lead testing initiatives for next-generation core banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end testing processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in complex banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Finacle Core Banking applications.
• Define, implement, and oversee test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3+ years in Finacle Core Banking Testing.
• Proven expertise in functional, regression, UAT, and automation testing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
