Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to lead our testing team. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of core banking products and proven experience in testing processes. This position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
Design, plan, and execute test cases for Finacle CBS modules.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Coordinate defect resolution with developers, ensuring closure within defined SLAs.
Drive adherence to testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Finacle application modules and workflows.
Hands-on experience with core banking products such as CASA, TD, RD, etc.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a testing team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
Experience in software testing with a focus on Finacle Core Banking Solutions (CBS).
