Role Summary: As a Finacle Migration Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful transition of banking systems to the Finacle platform. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing the migration process to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and minimal disruption to banking operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Onsite Finacle Migration Team for 2-3 projects. Extensive experience in migrating Finacle from 7.x to 10.x and from Legacy systems to 10.x. Strong knowledge of Finacle tables across all modules. Experience with Finacle upload formats during migration. Expertise in field mapping for Finacle upload formats. Ability to write extraction scripts for migrating data from Finacle 7.x to 10.x and from Legacy to 10.x. Prepare Migration Strategy documentation. Develop and execute post-migration reconciliation scripts. Willingness to travel as required for project needs. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in Finacle migration projects within the banking or financial services industry. Proficiency in data migration tools, Finacle scripting languages, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Relevant certifications in Finacle migration or core banking solutions are advantageous. Proven experience in managing large-scale migration projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
