Job Description

Treasury ALM Associate will form part of the Global Asset Liability (ALM) Team, supporting the development and implementation of the firms ALM framework, with particular focus on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies and Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) analytics.

This role offers exposure to critical balance sheet management activities and the opportunity to work with sophisticated analytical tools and methodologies.
Support ongoing development and documentation of the FTP framework and methodology
Assist in communication on FTP approaches and changes to business stakeholders
Help respond to methodologyrelated queries
Support periodic review of global Treasury P&L to assess continued appropriateness of existing framework
Monitor funding and liquidity indicators to affirm FTP appropriately transfers the cost of liquidity
Provide data and analysis to facilitate FTP framework enhancement
Support design and testing of FTP system enhancements
Work closely with Treasury Product Control on implementation of framework changes
Support updates to FTP curves and recharge model analysis
Support FTP Policy changes and recommendations
Treasury charge allocation Analyse, monitor and advise on carry costs and communicate with business lines on any transfer pricing amendments
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cover both IRRBB and FTP functions, with commitment to continuous learning and development across both domains to ensure effective crossfunctional support within Treasury

Minimum 4 5 years previous experience in Finance reporting within Investment Banking in Treasury or ALM/Liquidity risk profile
Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate ideas concisely and clearly & ability to work in stringent deadlines
Ability to deliver accurate reports within agreed timelines

Past working experience in Treasury, ALM, Liquidity risk or a Regulatory reporting profile
CFA or FRM qualification is desirable
