Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Filling Operator role located in Baddi. The Filling Operator will oversee and execute various production activities, including operating filling machines, monitoring production lines, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate production records. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines and collaboration with the production team to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience operating and maintaining filling machines and automated equipment
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and compliance requirements
Understanding of quality assurance processes, including conducting quality checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Basic mechanical and technical aptitude to troubleshoot machinery issues
Ability to work effectively on-site in a production environment and as part of a team
Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar field is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certifications are preferred
