Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate filling machines for ointment tubes and bottles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor production lines to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
Conduct quality checks on filled products for weight, sealing, labeling, and hygiene compliance.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in line with GMP standards.
Report deviations, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Assist in packaging and batch documentation as per regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG production, especially filling/packaging operations.
Knowledge of GMP and safety standards with attention to detail.
Ability to handle machines and perform minor troubleshooting.
Physically fit to work in a standing position and manage repetitive tasks.
Team player with good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts.
Educational background: ITI/Diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or production-related fields preferred.
