Export-Grade Packing Ensure cartons meet export specs : Correct CBM Correct carton strength (3-ply/5-ply) Accurate outer stickers (Product Name, Qty, MRP, HSN, Made in India) Ensure damage-free loading. 3. Stock & Material Management Maintain daily logs of: Packed quantity Cartons used Shrinkwrap, BOPP tape, inner polybags Inform management proactively when materials are low. 4. Team Leadership Allocate daily tasks to packers. Train workers on correct packing, barcoding & quality checks. Maintain discipline, efficiency, cleanliness in packing area. 5. Quality Control Check each packed box before sealing. Ensure correct colour assortment & product matching. Report defects to QC and Production immediately. 6.
