Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Sales Manager (Male) with prior experience in selling IT services or software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the field sales team, drive B2B client acquisition, build long-term relationships, and ensure business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IT services (e.g., software, ERP, web/mobile solutions, cloud services).
• Lead a team of field sales executives; guide and mentor them to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Present and pitch technical services to prospective clients in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Tech, BSc IT, or related field). MBA is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of proven field sales experience in an IT service company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of IT services sales (web development, software solutions, managed IT, etc.).
• Must own a bike/car and be open to travel across [region/state].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
