Job Title: Sales Representative – Terra Tea (Organic Darjeeling & Premium CTC Teas) Location: Siliguri & North Bengal Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus About Terra Tea: At Terra Tea , we pride ourselves on offering a curated range of certified organic Darjeeling teas and high-quality CTC packaged teas . We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to help grow our retail and distribution footprint across Siliguri and North Bengal . Your Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities and expand the Terra Tea brand in your territory. Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct consumers . Promote and sell our organic orthodox Darjeeling teas and premium packaged CTC tea . Educate customers on the unique benefits and quality of our product range. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Conduct local market analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences. Represent Terra Tea at local trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events . Submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Who You Are: Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or tea industries . Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Comfortable working independently and meeting targets. Passionate about organic, sustainable, and high-quality teas . Willing to travel within Siliguri and surrounding North Bengal areas.
