Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (C&PM)

1. Operations & Maintenance Management

     Lead and oversee maintenance activities for all non-telecom systems, ensuring adherence to OEM, supplier, and regulatory guidelines.

   
   
   • 
     

     Ensure all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, systematically, and in compliance with E& s operational standards.

   
   
   
   



2. Team Leadership & Guidance

   
   
   • 
     

     Guide field staff in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

   
   
   • 
     

     Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with tools, test equipment, and safety protocols.

   
   
   
   



3. Resource Optimization & Performance Monitoring

   
   
   • 
     

     Review productivity, work practices, and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.

     Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

   
   
   
   



4. Incident & Fault Management

     Supervise system failure responses and planned outages.

     Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management, insurance, or regulatory submissions.

     Ensure timely rectification of snags within defined SLAs.

   
   
   
   



5. Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance

6. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

     Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for maintenance schedules, site visits, and project data requirements.

     Manage outsourced operations and ensure contractual compliance.

   
   
   
   



7. Planning & Reporting

     Plan and manage monthly preventive maintenance targets and snag closure activities.

     Schedule regular hardware checks and follow-up activities for issue resolution.

   
   
   
   



8. Field Operations

     Conduct independent site visits to ensure quality control and verify rectification progress.
