Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at CKD India Pvt Ltd, located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include supervising projects, coordinating with various departments, establishing operational goals, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning. The role also involves client communication, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Supporting to all relevant distributors. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and organizational skills Project supervision, task coordination, and time management skills Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience in industry-relevant automation or manufacturing processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
