Test dirty jars upon arrival from the field with supervision or after competence training.
Drain jars, disassemble and tag parts with supervision or after competence training.
Assemble Jars with supervision.
Recognize faulty parts, and troubleshoot potential tool problems with supervision.
Steam clean and wire brush all parts.
Set torque springs with supervision.
Fill tools with oil and pressure test with supervision.
Test assembled jars with supervision.
Paint and put jars in stock.
Operate overhead crane after third party competence training.
Maintain constant alertness for flaws in the parts and report problems to Shop Foreman or Jar Service Manager.
Replace hand tools to their proper locations.
