Working days: Six days working (2nd & 3rd Saturday off)

Min Experience: 3 years to 6 year

Qualification: Post Graduate – preferred Marketing (MBA/PGDM)

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at Lead Vision India Pvt. Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the lead generation during a (counselling session if requested by a distributor), driving revenue via leadership growth trajectory, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Objective of this role

· Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.

· Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.

· Plan and execute sales through varied training programs & laid strategies to help achieve revenue targets.

· Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to the clients & enable them to replicate the same.

Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

· Onboarding of new distributors to be covered with orientation program and train new team members joining the sales team.

· Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.

· Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.

·Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

·Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

·Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior or board members at the time of requirement.

Required skills and qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.

· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

· Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
