About the Role:

Field Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and ensure uptime of gateways in the assigned area.
Repair and replace NICs (Network Interface Cards) as required.
Conduct field visits for diagnosing and resolving meter-related defects.
Identify and troubleshoot non-communicating or never-communicating meters in the field.
Perform any other related or miscellaneous field support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma, B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics (preferred)
Basic understanding of electrical systems and communication networks.
Willingness to travel for on-site support and field work.
