Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on solar installation sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, coordinating with project managers, conducting site surveys, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and troubleshooting on-site issues. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision and management
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
